Jolun Technology Hub is a business registered in Zambia under the Registration of Business Names Act No. 16 of 2011, Business Registration No. 320261063998, TPIN 2001112564, based at 07 Masha Road, Kamwala, Lusaka, Zambia.

2. Use of This Website

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use this website or engage our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us, requesting a quotation, or engaging our Services.

3. Our Services

Information on this website about our Services, packages, and pricing is provided for general guidance and is subject to change. Any specific project — including scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing — is governed by a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties before work begins. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall take precedence for that engagement.

4. Payment Terms

Where a project is engaged, payment is due in accordance with the applicable Service Agreement. In general:

• Clients paying in full ("Cash Payment") receive a discount of 5% off the total project cost.
• Clients paying by monthly installments are charged an interest surcharge of 10% (3 months), 20% (6 months), 30% (9 months), or 40% (12 months), depending on the repayment period selected.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the applicable total is required before work commences, under either payment option.
• Full ownership of a completed project transfers to the client only once payment has been received in full.

Optional domain registration and hosting services, where requested, are priced separately and are not included in the base project cost unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Jolun Technology Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent, except as necessary to view the website in a standard web browser. Intellectual property rights relating to client projects are governed separately by each project's Service Agreement.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, hosting providers, payment processors, or social media platforms). Jolun Technology Hub does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website or service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
